Hallo,
Der PC xps 8700s fährt kurz hoch schaltet ab und fährt wieder an und das in einer Schleife...und der Monitor bekommt kein Signal...Stecker alle kontrolliert.

Trouble when booting
Hello,
The PC XPS-8700 starts up briefly, switches off and starts up again in a loop...and the monitor doesn't get a signal...connectors are all checked.

Try to get to BIOS.
Try to run ePSA Diagnostics.

@H-P S When was last time you replaced motherboard battery (CR2032)? You may want to do that before doing any other troubleshooting. A new battery might even solve the problem.

Die Batterie CR 2032 habe ich heute Morgen gewechselt die alte hatte noch 2,9 Volt...aber Problem ist geblieben...habe auch einen anderen Monitor ausprobiert.

Ich hoffe die Übersetzung hat funktioniert.
BIST for PC with the PSU test button (#13) and PSU L off was successful LED doesn't flicker and both fans started up...about 10 seconds...then released and everything was off.

Darf die Diode immer leuchten...sie geht erst aus wenn der PC komplett vom Strom getrennt ist...
The diode may always light up...it only goes out when the PC is completely disconnected from the power supply...

Not sure what you're trying to say about the diode.
If something is broken or melted, you would have to replace the motherboard...

You can't see anything unusual on the diode. My question was whether the diode should always light up or does it indicate a fault...it only goes out if I switch off the voltage completely...

An der Diode sieht man nichts ungewöhnliches meine Frage war ob die Diode immer leuchten darf oder zeigt sie eine Störung an...sie geht nur aus wenn ich die Spannung ganz abschalte...
