Powervault ME 5024 always shows degraded SAS host ports

We have installed a new system with a Powervault ME 5024 and two new Poweredge Server connected via SAS HBA´s and Hyper-V 2019 installed on them.

Since we have placed VM´s on the Dell Poweredge Hosts we always get warnings that all SAS Host ports on the Powervault are degraded.

We have been plug-out and replugged in the cables, but there is no change in behaviour. We have some perfromance and IOPS issues on the HYPER-V hosts, too.

Does anyone have an idea if we can monitor or diagnose the hosts? Or is there any possibility of misconfiguration on Hyper-V or windows Server 2019 itself, like MPIO or drivers?
