BIOS Update failed with Command update CLI on Latitudes

Ich versuche BIOS Updates für das Latitude 5540 oder 5340 mit dell command update per cli durchzuführen und es klappt nicht. Update auf 1.10.1 

Das BIOS PW ist korrekt gesetzt

dcu-cli.exe /applyUpdates -silent -outputLog={%SystemDrive%}\Driver\DCUOnline.log ist der Befehl.

Installation wird mit Admin rechten durchgeführt (Alle anderen Treiber werden installiert)

Es kommt folgende Meldung in den Logs

Es ist immer noch auf 1.8.1 und wenn ich nach Updates suche, sagt er entweder er ist up-to date oder findet das Update immer wieder. Das Problem besteht nur auf dem 5340 und 5540.

Das Update klappt nur wenn ich es ohne DCU durchführe. Download der BIOS Datei und dann händisch.
