Unfortunately, I am unable to perform a system backup. After about 20 minutes in to the process the following error message comes up: Operation cancelled. Destination location unavailable or not enough space on the disk.
Interestingly enough, there is no problem with the data back up, that uses the same destination (external disk drive). Also, there is really enough space on the external disk drive.
My machine is a Dell XPS12, Win 8.1 Pro. I am using the premium version of Dell Backup & Recovery.

has the external disk drive been formatted with FAT32 or NTFS?
Have you already tried to reinstall Dell Backup & Recovery?
