I looked at the Virtual Disk on RAID 5, it states as 'Degraded' but showed no Faulty Disk.
I have one 'Ready' disk, but somehow I cannot add it to RAID 5, what can I do ?

Additionally you should check the RAIDs log for predictive errors and or punctures.
